Before you write
To help us reproduce an issue quickly, it’s useful to include:
- Your device model and operating-system version.
- The app version (shown in the in-game Settings).
- A short description of what happened and what you expected.
Common questions
How do I reset my progress?
Open the in-game Settings and use Reset progress. This clears all on-device data. Uninstalling the game also removes everything.
Do you collect my personal data?
No. Elixa has no accounts, no ads, and collects no personal information, only anonymous, aggregate gameplay analytics. See the Privacy Policy.
Is there a cost or subscription?
Elixa is designed as a pay-once game: one unlock removes ads and opens the full collection. No subscriptions. (The game is in closed testing and not yet publicly available.)
