Before you write
To help us reproduce an issue quickly, it’s useful to include:
- Your device model and operating-system version.
- The app version (shown in the in-game Settings).
- A short description of what happened and what you expected.
Common questions
How do I reset my progress?
Open the in-game Settings and use Reset progress. This clears all on-device data. Uninstalling the game also removes everything.
Do you collect my personal data?
No. Elixa has no accounts, no ads, and collects no personal information — only anonymous, aggregate gameplay analytics. See the Privacy Policy.
Is there a cost or subscription?
Elixa is designed as a pay-once game — one unlock removes ads and opens the full collection. No subscriptions. (The game is in closed testing and not yet publicly available.)
